Terms of Service

1. About these terms
Bioconnect is a browser game run by 生方 天, an individual in Japan (“we”, “us”). By playing the game or buying items, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
2. Playing and accounts
You can play without an account. An account (Google or email sign-in) is needed to save records across devices, claim free Crystals and make purchases. Keep access to your sign-in method; we cannot move purchases to another account without verifying ownership.
If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian’s permission to make purchases.
3. Crystals and No Ads
- Crystals and No Ads are a limited license to use digital features inside Bioconnect. They are not money, have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to other accounts, and are not personal property.
- One Crystal is used for one revival. One revival is allowed per game, whatever the method.
- No Ads removes ads in Bioconnect, including optional rewarded ads, and gives one free revival per day. The daily revival resets at 4:00 AM New York time and does not carry over.
- Prices are shown in US dollars in the store and on the Stripe payment page.
4. Refunds
Purchases are sold through Link (provided by Stripe), which acts as merchant of record for the payment and adds any sales tax for your location before you pay. Purchases are non-refundable once payment is complete, except where required by applicable law; any refund is issued through Link. If a payment is refunded or reversed through your card issuer, the purchased Crystals are removed from your balance (not below zero) and No Ads is removed. Your account otherwise stays usable.
5. Changes and ending the service
We may change the game, its rules and balance, or stop offering it. If we plan to stop the game or the store, we will announce it in the game at least 30 days in advance where possible. Unused Crystals are not refunded when the service ends, except where required by applicable law.
6. Things you must not do
Do not cheat, exploit bugs to obtain items, interfere with the service or other players, or use someone else’s payment method without permission. We may remove items obtained this way or suspend an account that breaks these rules.
7. No warranty and limits on liability
The game is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it working, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without affecting mandatory consumer protection rights in the place where you live.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Changes that affect purchases will be shown in the game before they apply. The date at the top shows the latest version.
