Who we are
Bioconnect is run by 生方 天, an individual in Japan. Contact: ubu_ten0315@icloud.com.
What we collect
- Without an account: your scores, settings and game progress are saved only in your browser (local storage). We do not receive them.
- With an account: your email address, and if you use Google sign-in, your Google account ID and the email Google shares. We store your game records, Crystal balance, No Ads status, revival history and order records with that account.
- Payments: Purchases are sold through Link, provided by Stripe, as merchant of record. Link collects your payment and billing details, including the address used for sales tax, under its own privacy policy, and shares order information with us so we can deliver your items. We receive the product, amount, tax, payment status and Stripe’s reference IDs. We do not receive or store your card number.
- Site statistics: Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page visits without cookies.
How we use it
To run the game, sync your records between devices, deliver purchases, prevent fraud and duplicate charges, handle refunds and chargebacks, and answer your messages. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Service providers
We use these providers to run Bioconnect. They process data on our behalf and may store it outside your country:
- Supabase — accounts and game data
- Stripe and Link — payments, sales tax and receipts
- Google — sign-in (if you choose it) and web fonts
- GitHub Pages and jsDelivr — hosting the game files
- Cloudflare — site statistics
Ads are not shown at this time. If we add ads, we will update this policy and ask for consent where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Account and game data are kept while your account exists. Order and payment records are kept as long as needed for accounting, tax and dispute handling, even after the account is deleted.
Your choices and rights
You can play without an account. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your account data by emailing us from your account’s email address. Depending on where you live (for example, California or another US state with a privacy law), you may have additional rights. We will not treat you differently for using them.
Do Not Track: browsers’ Do Not Track signals do not change how the game works, because we do not track you across other websites.
Children
Bioconnect is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
We will post changes on this page and update the date at the top.
